About The Position
Ford Service Pick-Up & Delivery Specialist Kocourek Ford | Wausau, WI Do you enjoy driving, meeting people, and providing great customer service? Kocourek Ford is looking for a dependable and professional Ford Service Pick-Up & Delivery Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll be an important part of the customer experience by safely picking up and delivering customers' vehicles for scheduled service appointments. You'll work closely with our Service Advisors while representing Kocourek Ford throughout the community.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Dependable and punctual
- Friendly, professional personality
- Strong customer-service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable driving a variety of Ford vehicles
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules throughout the day
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver customer vehicles for scheduled Ford service appointments
- Provide friendly, professional customer service during every interaction
- Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with customers and Service Advisors
- Complete vehicle walk-arounds before and after transportation
- Maintain accurate pickup and delivery documentation
- Safely operate dealership and customer vehicles
- Keep Guests vehicles clean and treated with care
- Work independently while staying connected with the Service Department
- Assist with lot maintenance, including snow removal
- Support the Service Department with other tasks as needed
- Represent Kocourek Ford professionally in the community
