Johnson Genesis of Cary is looking for a friendly, driven, confident individual with a positive attitude to fill the role of our Service Pick-up & Delivery Specialist. Requirements

Sales License (application will be provided)
Notary License (training will be provided)
Up-to-dated on all Product knowledge
All Genesis Training done in first 30 days of hire and continuously maintained at 100% complete
Proficient knowledge and use of Genesis and Johnson Automotive technology
Satisfactory completion of a Background Check, Drug Test, and clean Motor Vehicle Report.

Responsibilities

Pick-up and deliver guest personal service vehicles at their preferred location.
Pick-up & Deliver Loaner Vehicles.
Ensure the Guest’s and Loaner Cars exceed guest expectations upon delivery and Pick-up.
Follow the Johnson Genesis of Cary PUD and Loaner Procedure.
Perform walk around and sign Loaner Car Agreement.
Perform walk around and sign with guest the Guest Car & Loaner Damage Disclosure.
Use loaner apps.
Always be on the look-out for ways to take the customer experience to the next level (Favorite Flower, Drink, Restaurant, Pest’s name/ toy, Band… Put in customer’s profile).
