Job Description We’re hiring a Service Parts Coordinator who will support shop operations by managing the flow of parts, supplies, and repairs. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment supporting both customers and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Basic experience in customer service, office support, or inventory functions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work closely within a small team environment
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking ability
  • Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, etc.)
  • Ability to stand and bend for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Nice To Haves

  • Some purchasing or inventory experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Tag and log all incoming tool repairs
  • Process completed repairs, bill accordingly, and coordinate shipment
  • Assist internal and external customers via phone, email, and in person
  • Perform daily cycle counts on parts and inventory
  • Receive, count, and stock incoming parts and supplies
  • Order parts and supplies as directed by the shop supervisor
  • Maintain organized records and file documentation
  • Support general branch, warehouse, and office functions as needed
