About The Position
The Service Parts Associate is responsible for assisting all Distribution Business customers, technicians, and other parts personnel in securing needed parts and supplies under moderate or direct supervision. This role is for the Distribution business in Kapolei, HI.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers, technicians, and internal teams in identifying and securing parts and supplies
- Support parts counter operations including walk-in customers, phone inquiries, and order processing
- Handle transactions including cash, check, and credit card payments
- Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing needs in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize systems, catalogs, and resources to source parts efficiently
- Support inventory management including stocking, shipping/receiving, and warehouse organization
- Collaborate with service and sales teams to support repair quotes and parts availability
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional parts and services
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts and warehouse environment
- Follow Health, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures
