About The Position
Responsible for assisting all Distribution Business customers, technicians, and other parts personnel in securing needed parts and supplies under moderate or direct supervision. We are looking for a talented Service Parts Associate to join our Distribution business in (Anchorage, AK). We offer competitive pay and benefits! Will make an impact in the following ways: Assist all Distribution Business customers, technicians, and other parts personnel in securing needed parts and supplies Carry out customer parts counter duties including receiving parts calls, greeting and assisting walk-in customers, completing paperwork, and handling cash, check, and credit card transactions Support other parts personnel in sourcing and locating complex parts requests or finding alternatives Utilize various systems, catalogs, and other resources to identify and procure parts efficiently Maintain neat and clean appearance in the customer parts area and warehouse Adhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental standards, policies, procedures, and regulations Maintain favorable relationships with internal and external customers by addressing their needs and issues in a timely manner Perform other duties as assigned, which may include managing stock levels, shipping and receiving parts, inventory management, core processing, or other parts-related tasks Cummins is an equal opportunity employer.
