Service Parts Associate
About The Position
Responsible for assisting all Distribution Business customers, technicians, and other parts personnel in securing needed parts and supplies under moderate or direct supervision. We are looking for a talented Service Parts Associate to join our Distribution Business in (San Leandro, CA) In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: • Complying with Health, Safety & Environmental policies and utilizing appropriate PPE • Managing customer parts counter activities including phone and walk-in support • Processing transactions accurately (cash, check, and credit card) • Maintaining strong internal and external customer relationships • Escalating complex customer concerns appropriately • Supporting sourcing and fulfillment of complex or hard-to-find parts • Collaborating with technicians to identify and procure parts efficiently • Managing stock levels, shipping/receiving, and inventory-related activities • Supporting core processing and other warehouse functions as assigned • Identifying opportunities to upsell complementary products and services • Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional parts counter and warehouse
