About The Position

The Service Parts Associate reports to the Service Parts Supervisor. Located in Tampa, FL. Full-Time. In Office. The Service Parts Associate you will play a crucial role in Parts fulfillment operations, focusing on receiving, stocking, inventory control, order processing, and shipping. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and coordination exposure in a warehouse environment and contribute to the smooth flow of inventory control and order fulfillment.

Requirements

  • 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse environment with fluctuating seasonal temperatures, or equivalent military or practical experience.
  • Ability to lift 75+ pounds and be on feet up to 6 hours a day.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, picking, packing, and staging items for shipment.
  • Coordinates with shipping carriers to schedule pickups.
  • Generate shipping labels and documentation in ERP and similar systems.
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and completeness of orders.
  • Organize and maintain inventory storage areas, ensuring proper labeling, stacking, and rotation of goods.
  • Proactively monitor project progress and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Must have a strong focus on safety to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Conduct quality reviews and audits to ensure deliverables meet established standards and requirements.
  • Implement quality improvement initiatives as necessary to enhance project outcomes and customer satisfaction.
