About The Position

Transports product to the Presses using transport table(s) and lift. Perform other tasks as required.

Requirements

• Knowledge of safety standards applicable to work area and other pertinent rules/regulations governing work standards.
• Must be trained to operate lift.
• Ability to understand and follow directions.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to read and understand production schedules.
• Working knowledge of Oracle to read assembly decorative issue screen and pattern pull screens.

Responsibilities

• Return pattern boards to the pattern racks or assembly.
• Deliver any left off or damaged pattern replacements to the press.
• Participates in the Lean process.
• Conduct pre-shift lift in inspections and reports any maintenance issues (both lifts daily).
• Obtain run numbers for runs for transferring to presses and return empty table.
• Keep lay-up stations supplied with empty tables.
• Deliver needed material to presses for lay-up and ensures the correct core ticket matches the run loaded.
• Assist Assembly in loading assembly runs and keeping next runs in order, to ensure no down time.
• Regular Attendance Required.
• Performs other position appropriate duties as required in a competent, professional and courteous manner.
