About The Position

The KLA Services Field Service Operations organization is seeking a results-oriented, detail-focused individual to fill the Operational Excellence (OpEx) Program Manager role. This position works closely with Regional Field Service teams to drive process improvements, standardization, and execution excellence. This role provides a strong opportunity to grow influence across KLA Services by directly impacting how Field Service Operations performs at scale. The OpEx Program Manager helps translate strategy into execution by partnering with the Regions on Field Expense (FE) and Parts Expense (PE) through process improvement, data transparency, and operational rigor. The ideal candidate has prior experience collaborating with our Field Service Teams and possesses some level of insight into the unique challenges they face.

Requirements

Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years; OR Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 4 years; OR Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years.
Prior experience collaborating with Field Service Teams.
Insight into the unique challenges faced by Field Service Teams.

Responsibilities

Drive process improvements, standardization, and execution excellence within Regional Field Service teams.
Partner with Regions on Field Expense (FE) and Parts Expense (PE) through process improvement, data transparency, and operational rigor.
Translate strategy into execution for Field Service Operations.
