This role is at Minot’s newest and most advanced dealership facility, working on the best in boats, motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft. We are looking for experienced, hands-on technicians who are passionate about performance machines and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of mechanical experience (marine, powersports, motorcycle, or small engine preferred)
• Strong diagnostic and repair abilities across multiple platforms
• Must provide own tools
• Ability to work on feet all day
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Positive, team-first attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair marine and powersports equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance on various types of vehicles and watercraft.
• Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair status and needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
