Hanania Automotive Group is seeking a motivated, results-driven Service Manager to lead our Hanania CDJR service department. Your Role in Hanania's Service Department Excellence Lead, mentor, and motivate service advisors and technicians Ensure a smooth, efficient workflow in the service department Monitor and improve service KPIs, productivity, and customer satisfaction Oversee scheduling, workflow, and process efficiency Collaborate with sales and management to optimize operations and revenue Maintain compliance with all safety, state, and federal regulations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of service management experience in an automotive dealership
  • Proven track record leading, coaching, and motivating service teams
  • Strong understanding of service department operations, workflow, and KPIs
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid knowledge of automotive repair processes and compliance standards
  • Ability to collaborate with sales, parts, and management to drive results
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background & hair follicle drug test)
