Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive management experience in the Automotive Dealership industry.
- Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of automotive products and competitive landscape.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background & hair follicle drug test)
Responsibilities
- Build, motivate, and mentor a high-performance sales team

- Drive sales performance, profitability, and daily operation
- Analyze market trends and outsmart the competition
- Partner with leadership on advertising, promotions, forecasting & strategy
- Lead meetings, manage scheduling, and support team development
- Oversee inventory, trade-ins & processes for maximum efficiency
