About The Position

Audi San Diego has an opportunity for a Service Manager to join the Holman family. The Service Manager is responsible for the performance of our service business, while creating an inviting atmosphere for our customers and employees. In this role, the Service Manager will plan, train, lead, and monitor the performance of service staff. You will work hand in hand with the General Manager to promote 100% customer satisfaction and revenue growth in line with targeted business and financial objectives.

Requirements

3 to 4 years of experience running an automotive service department is required
Audi or High-line experience is a plus
People oriented, earn customers and employees loyalty with a positive and energetic personality
Ability to build strong teams and lead by example
Desire to recruit, coach, train and mentor service staff to exceed their goals
Self-motivated, enthusiastic presence in a team environment
Strong written and verbal communications skills

Responsibilities

Set a clear vision and goals for the Service Department to achieve targeted performance
Coach, develop, engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals and performance expectations
Attract, develop and retain the very best talent for the Service Department
Creating an exceptional customer experience to drive customer loyalty
Analyze the business to determine shortfalls and develop action plans to improve performance
Drive the business through a high-level of involvement in the day-to-day operations
Evaluate the performance of automotive service staff in order to acknowledge efficient employees and guide under-performing ones
Listen to client complaints and assist in addressing their issues and resolving challenges
Follow up with customers to obtain feedback and ensure they are satisfied with received service
