We sell and service a wide-variety of equipment Including Large and Small Construction Tractors, Forklifts, and Prime/Stand-by-Power Generation. THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN Stockton, CA. POSITION SUMMARY The Construction and Technology Service Manager has responsibility for the success of the Construction and Technology Service Department as measured by customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, safety, growth, profitability, and the overall success of the Construction & Technology Division. This position is expected to positively engage with all Construction & Technology Departments for the ultimate success of our customers and the division. The Construction & Technology Service Manger will actively participate in companywide activities to enhance success for all divisions and their customers. Responsibilities

  • Implement goals and processes for job management to ensure work orders are accurate and timely
  • Manage and review financial statements to maximize growth and profitability.
  • Utilize service KPI’s to guide each shop’s success. Technician Productivity Work Order Days to Close Open Work in Process Customer Satisfaction
  • Oversee Service Department budgeting and target setting.
  • Oversee operational aspects of the service department to ensure department meet customer and employee expectations
  • Improve and implement key processes to drive towards operational excellence in Service Operations
  • Develop the Service Supervisors with the goal of improving and growing capacity, quality control, and profitability
  • Develop, implement, and sustain a regular Product Problem Management (PPM) process to share information and best practices between Construction & Technology Service Departments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with other Holt Service management as well as neighboring dealers for service collaboration and best practice sharing.
  • Recommend methods to improve product offerings, equipment, performance, and quality of product offerings.
  • Participate in Union negotiations.
  • Oversee the success of Safety initiatives within their department
  • Other duties may be assigned.
