This role supports the sales process while managing day-to-day service activities, including estimating, scheduling, customer follow-up, and coordination of service crews. Working closely with Sales and Field Execution teams, the Service Manager ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards while delivering a strong customer experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • Valid drivers license with acceptable MVR.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT physical card.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree or higher; we will also consider equivalent experience as a service manager or similar role preferred.
  • Experience in one or more of the following: Service or repair industries Fabrication, welding, or technician roles Project management or customer service Transportation or fleet management HVAC or automotive service

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily service schedules, crew assignments, and job oversight.
  • Review project timelines and communicate updates to service teams.
  • Adjust work plans to meet customer and operational needs.
  • Oversee service quality, documentation, and reporting.
  • Assist with estimating, quoting, and customer follow-up.
  • Coordinate with the sales team on expectations and project needs.
  • Lead, coach, and develop service technicians and crews.
  • Set goals and support accountability with Human Resources and leadership.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support employee development.
  • Manage parts ordering and material coordination.
  • Source, purchase, or deliver materials to job sites as needed.
  • Address escalated customer or employee concerns.
  • Coordinate complex matters with leadership and HR.
  • Communicate outcomes to appropriate stakeholders.
