About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager to lead our Horseheads location. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, overseeing vehicle repairs, and ensuring smooth shop operations. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
Valid driver’s license
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding work environment
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service from vehicle intake through release, including follow-up as needed
Listen attentively to customer concerns and evaluate vehicles to develop effective repair plans
Recommend appropriate auto repairs and prepare accurate pricing quotes
Coordinate with parts suppliers and technicians to ensure all necessary materials are available
Keep customers informed with updates as work progresses
Address detailed questions about services performed and pricing clearly and professionally
Maintain organized customer records and files
Schedule appointments and manage communications over the phone
Perform additional tasks as assigned, ready to adapt to new challenges
