The ideal candidate will bring senior leadership experience from the RV or similar industry and will have a deep working, operational knowledge of all facets of automotive or RV service departments (Or similar industry). They will have been highly successful in growing previous companies service segments. Candidate will be comfortable working in a hands-on creative position, as well as, overseeing/managing other employees and contractors. Candidate will have experience working to establish and execute on a shared strategic service segment growth vision with senior management and C-level personnel. ● In depth knowledge and hands-on experience with service departments or similar operations. ● Experience with building/training teams and assessing talent; evaluate all human capital needs. ● Experience with managing all facets of repair facilities operations. ● Proven experience navigating the growth of a consumer driven business while maintaining margins and controlling costs. ● Proven track record in a path to payment environment. ● Experience in being accountable for key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve operational and financial objectives. ● Strategic, analytical and detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and people effectively. ● Experience, appreciation, and passion for the outdoor recreation industry is a plus!
