About The Position

The Service Manager is a Local Leader, responsible for leading the dealership team in sales, execution and financial results of CSS. Leadership and development of your team will be the key to your success. As the Local Leader, a strong focus on safety and quality are paramount for success of your Dealership. The Service Manager is responsible for the safe and profitable operation of the Kansas City Retail Market including the Link-Belt territories of Kansas and Missouri. Motivate the Dealership Team to aim for CSS’s success metrics in Financials Returns, Safety, Customer Satisfaction & other Key Markers. We strive to be an Industry Standard Bearer! Lead the Dealership like a business owner. You will recruit and train your Team for the needs of the local market building a culture of Significance, Belonging, Trust, Progress & Recognition through Training and developing your Team.

Nice To Haves

  • Leadership developing a Team and building a strong aligned Culture of Company Mission Statement and Core Values.
  • Mechanically inclined and a proven track record of successful managerial, relational and business development skills to build an extraordinary Retail Branch.
  • Financial skills in leading your Team to build a successful business plan and achieve success metrics.
  • Computer Software and Management Reporting expertise in communicating metrics, processes and enhancements.
  • Previous Leadership experience preferred.
