We are currently seeking an experienced Service Manager for a multi-line dealership to join the leadership team at Modern Mazda in Burlington, NC. The Service Manager will successfully run an efficient and profitable multi-car line service department, customer retention, cost controls, achieving objectives, and maintaining all service records. This position is responsible for operations, profitability, performance results, and customer satisfaction in the Service Department.
