The Service Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the contract, including oversight of service technicians, maintenance activities, quality control, work order performance, and customer coordination. This is a working supervisor position. The Service Manager will work in the field alongside the crew while also providing leadership, technical guidance, scheduling support, and quality oversight. This position requires strong hands-on technical knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems, proven leadership experience, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced contract environment.
