About The Position

We are currently looking for a Service Manager for our Commercial Tire Facility in Ft. Myers. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment with a successful history of in-person sales along with working knowledge of tires and the tire industry. This entry-level sales position within our rapidly growing company offers excellent growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Ability to work in various MS Office Applications including, Word, Excel & Outlook
• Exceptional customer service skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Tire Guru is a plus
• Commercial/ OTR tire experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greeting and making a connection with customers visiting the location
• Answering phone inquiries
• Building rapport with customers promoting trust and brand loyalty
• Answering customer questions and offering options to buy based on the customer’s needs
• Preparing sales quotes
• Selling/Upselling tires and service to customers in-person, electronically and over the phone
• Follow up on, research and generate new leads
• Drive company sales initiatives
• Manage service dept
• Manage truck maintenance and upkeep
• Manage service techs/ hours worked
