About The Position
The Allen Apartments is currently seeking a Service Manager to join our team at our brand new community in New Rochelle, New York.
Requirements
- At least 3 years maintenance experience in residential community management
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and energy management systems
- Experience using Yardi or other Property Management Software.
- The ability to use computer and email effectively.
- A sharp, professional appearance.
Responsibilities
- Building, developing & retaining high performance maintenance teams.
- Building & maintaining strong relationships with residents, ownership groups, and vendors.
- Oversight of renovations.
