The Service Manager plays a key leadership role in the daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring that every guest interaction reflects our mission: To make memorable moments. Reporting to the General Manager and Managing Partner, the Service Manager leads the front-of-house team with energy, consistency, and attention to detail. This role is responsible for maintaining Red Door’s service standards, training team members, and fostering a positive, professional work environment built on genuine hospitality. Service Managers are the link between vision and execution—ensuring that every shift runs smoothly, every guest feels valued, and every team member feels supported and motivated.
