MosquitoNix is seeking a Service Manager to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to grow your career and control your financial opportunities. As a Service Manager, you will implement MosquitoNix Standards and Operations, motivate and hold the team accountable for top-notch service, and manage a wide array of items daily with quick problem-solving skills. You will also hold team learning sessions and incentive plans to create team morale and ensure the team exceeds expectations. Additionally, you will manage the Service Team to ensure thorough inspections of customers’ properties and provide best practices for Mosquito Control through various services. You will also attend events to showcase the Misting System and complete a daily route of installs, services, and meetings. The role involves utilizing word of mouth and leveraging the existing client base to expand the client base through the service team.
