About The Position
Grand Haven Ford, part of the Preferred Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our service department in one of West Michigan’s most respected automotive communities. Preferred Automotive Group has been serving West Michigan for decades, building long-standing relationships with customers, employees, and the communities we serve. Requirements
- Previous automotive service management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to customer service and team development
- Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Ford systems and processes is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily service department operations
- Support and develop service advisors and technicians
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and department performance
- Ensure efficient scheduling and repair order management
- Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture
- Work collaboratively with dealership leadership to support continued growth
