We are in need of an enthusiastic, independent, and motivated Service Manager. The qualified candidate will work in our Reno location full-time. A clean DMV record and valid Nevada Driver’s License is required. This individual must also be able to demonstrate their ability to take initiative and to work independently, while providing excellent customer service and support. Requirements

Clean DMV record and valid Nevada Driver’s License
Ability to take initiative and to work independently
Excellent verbal and written skills
Administratively proficient
Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
Technologically savvy
Reliable and committed to teamwork
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and "wear many hats"
Courteous and calm in challenging situations
Experience managing or supporting field service operations and service technicians
Ability to prioritize and respond effectively to emergency service calls and outage situations
Understanding of service scheduling, work orders, and preventative maintenance programs

Responsibilities

Overseeing all service of the Reno branch
Fostering customer relationships in the field and by phone
Developing partnerships and working with manufacturers including but not limited to Volvo and Perkins
Managing National Accounts for the greater Reno area
Supporting business development for rental, sales, and service
