Salary Range: $75-$100k a year; exempt position - salary is based upon education, knowledge and years of experience. A performance-based bonus plan is available Work Schedule: Monday Friday; 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. & Saturday 7:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Apply Before: Tuesday, April 30, 2026 Drug, physical, background, and MVR testing required Lead, manage, and grow a top-performing service team at Nextran Truck Centers. $75K$100K + bonus. Must have heavy-duty truck experience and a good driving record. Requirements

  • 7+ years heavy-duty truck mechanical experience
  • 35 years supervisory experience
  • Strong customer service, communication, and basic computer skills
  • Valid drivers license with a good driving record; CDL preferred
  • Drug, physical, background, and MVR testing required

  • Oversee daily service operations and Profit and Loss performance
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed OEM standards
  • Recruit, train, and develop your team
  • Optimize efficiency, productivity, and warranty processes
