About The Position

Copeland Toyota is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our service department in Brockton, MA. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional customer service, efficient service operations, and a productive team environment while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Service Manager or in a similar leadership role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and manage budgets.
  • Knowledge of automotive service processes and technology.
  • Proficiency in dealership management software is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive or business education preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily service department operations to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Manage and mentor service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of service work orders.
  • Maintain service department profitability by controlling costs and maximizing revenue.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with parts and sales departments to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Monitor customer feedback and respond promptly to escalate issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
