About The Position

Empire Truck Sales, one of the Southeast’s leading Freightliner and Western Star dealerships, is hiring an experienced Service Manager to lead their service team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a motivated leader with experience in heavy truck or automotive service, strong communication skills, and a passion for operational excellence.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of management experience in automotive or heavy truck service
• Retail dealership experience required
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based systems
• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
