Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years in a relevant capacity within a service setting, including supervisory experience, prior work as a Service Technician, and demonstrated conflict resolution skills
  • Valid driver's license (CDL required or ability to obtain)
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and expertise in employee development
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Intermediate computer skills (Google apps, computer-generated business systems)
  • A curious mindset with an entrepreneurial "pioneering spirit," strong integrity, and a passion for continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead with integrity, communicate openly, empower team members, provide feedback, and treat everyone with respect.
  • Set and enforce standards, conduct audits, and foster improvement.
  • Seek feedback, exceed expectations, address concerns, and anticipate needs of customers.
  • Be proficient in technology, multitasking, adaptability, and time management
  • Manage resources (time, labor, equipment, materials) efficiently.
  • Drive continuous improvement
  • Recruit qualified candidates with HR.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to continuously cultivate positive experiences for our customers.
