About The Position

Western Branch Diesel, a subsidiary of Indel Power Group, is seeking an On Highway Service Manager for their St. Clairsville, Ohio location. This role holds operational responsibility for the Service Department. The Service Manager will collaborate with the Operations Manager to expand the department and make strategic decisions to ensure its profitability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development and training of service personnel
• Complete performance reviews of service staff
• Communicate and direct service department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
• Abide by and implement factory certification requirements and programs
• Ensure all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles are in working order
• Manage recruiting, staffing, and employee development activities
