About The Position

We are a growing Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealer that comes highly recommended by our community, and we are looking for a high-energy Service Manager to join our team. We need someone who views "customer service" as an art form and employee development as their greatest legacy. If you love solving complex puzzles, building elite teams, and treating every customer like a VIP, we want to talk to you.

Requirements

• Experience in service – helpful
• Exceptional communication and "people" skills.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to implement long-term operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Direct all service operations with a focus on providing white-glove treatment to our valued long-term clients.

• Manage a fast-paced workflow using superior organizational skills.
• Look at the big picture to improve systems while ensuring daily targets are crushed.
• Be the go-to person for navigating obstacles and turning "impossible" situations into wins.
