Manage service operations within the dealership to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize return on investment by optimizing service department processes. Critical decision-making skills are also necessary for this position, and a desire to constantly learn and improve to strive towards excellence. A strong work ethic, moral standards with a high level of professionalism, and pride in the quality of work performed will lead to success for this individual. The Service Manager will work alongside a team of accomplished John Deere service technicians who will achieve common service targets.
