Requirements

  • 3+ years in service management, or leadership
  • Proven success coaching and developing technicians
  • Confidence with KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
  • A passion for process, people, and operational excellence

Responsibilities

  • Leading and coaching a high-performing HVAC team
  • Running daily huddles, coaching sessions, and ride-alongs
  • Ensuring schedules, dispatch, and workflow run like clockwork
  • Monitoring KPIs and planning strategies to hit goals
  • Supporting technicians with guidance, training, and customer communication
  • Maintaining brand standards and a positive team culture
  • Reducing callbacks, increasing revenue, improving efficiency
  • Making sure customers walk away saying, “WOW.”
