About The Position

Alpha One Ford is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Automotive Service Manager. You will be responsible for the entire service operation, including workflow management, shop productivity, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a leader who understands how to balance technical requirements with business goals, ensuring our shop runs at peak efficiency while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Automotive Service Management (Ford experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty processes and labor operations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to coach and develop staff.
  • Proficiency with Dealership Management Systems (DMS) and service scheduling software.

Responsibilities

  • Departmental Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of Service Advisors and Technicians.
  • Workflow Optimization: Manage shop capacity and technician dispatching to ensure high productivity and quick turnaround times.
  • Customer Relations: Act as the final point of contact for customer concerns, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.
  • Financial Management: Monitor P&L, control shop supplies, and manage labor rates to meet dealership goals.
  • Compliance: Ensure all warranty claims are processed accurately and that the shop meets all safety and environmental regulations.
