Lookout Pest Control is seeking a Service Manager to lead and develop a team of field technicians. This role involves hiring, training, coaching, and supporting operational excellence, customer retention, and route efficiency. Requirements

• 2 or more years experience in Pest Control
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience managing a team of 5 or more employees
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Goal-driven with a hands-on leadership style
• Ability to manage time, solve problems, and make decisions independently
• A passion for building teams and developing people
• "Fire in the belly" attitude and competitive mindset to win

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of up to 10 technicians.
• Recruit, hire, and train new and existing team members.
• Coach performance, conduct ride-alongs, and deliver ongoing development.
• Support routing and scheduling efficiency across technician territories.
• Utilize CRM systems to manage service performance and customer updates.
• Build customer relationships and increase service retention.
• Monitor team metrics and provide real-time feedback and performance reports.
• Drive engagement and teamwork through positive leadership.
