Service Manager - West Palm Beach
About The Position
We're looking for a Service Manager who can inspire, lead, and motivate a team to deliver top-notch service to both residential and commercial customers. You'll be at the forefront of operations, ensuring customers receive the best service possible. With expertise in pest control, lawns, and/or termites, you'll guide your team to success while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license, minimum of 5 year driving history.
- Experience in pest control, lawn care, and/or termites
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead by example and coach your team to success
- A valid driver's license and the ability to work at least a 40-hour workweek
- Willingness to work weekends as needed
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of technicians, ensuring they provide exceptional service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Use your experience in pest control, lawn care, and/or termites to guide your team and troubleshoot any challenges that arise.
- Foster a positive work environment where team members feel valued and encouraged to excel.
- Ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently, meeting the needs of our customers and exceeding their expectations.
