Uberto Restaurant at Quercus is seeking a warm, highly organized, and detail-oriented Service Manager to help lead our tasting menu experience. This role is central to the guest journey, overseeing reservation communication, service preparation, dining room execution, guest notes, menu coordination, beverage communication, staff organization, and the many details that allow each service to feel seamless, personal, and deeply considered. Because Uberto offers a tasting menu experience, this position is focused less on traditional order-taking and more on anticipation, preparation, communication, pacing, and personalization. The Service Manager works closely with the culinary team, wine team, concierge team, and front-of-house staff to ensure every guest experience is thoughtful, polished, and aligned with the standards of Quercus and Uberto.
