About The Position

This role is responsible for building high-performing technicians, delivering 5-star customer experiences, and driving profitable, efficient, and ethical operations. Responsibilities

  • Lead & Develop Technicians
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard field technicians and apprentices.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, ride-alongs, and performance reviews.
  • Build technical skills, customer experience excellence, and confidence at every stage of technician development.
  • Lead ongoing training and customer service best practices.
  • Drive Operational Excellence
  • Oversee daily service operations and technician performance.
  • Manage labor efficiency and department schedule.
  • Serve as the escalation point for field and customer concerns.
  • Align department performance with revenue and profitability goals.
  • Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction standards.
  • Build Culture & Accountability
  • Model the company's core values daily.
  • Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable.
  • Promote collaboration, positivity, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure safety compliance and ethical practices at all times.
