The Service Manager provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service, and ensures that customer’s needs are met. This role involves supervising and coordinating the activities of employees or performing the work of all job levels. The Service Manager also assists customers with various needs, answers the telephone promptly, and acts as a leader and role model while maintaining positive employee relations.
