The ideal candidate will bring senior leadership experience from the RV or similar industry and will have a deep working, operational knowledge of all facets of automotive or RV service departments (Or similar industry). They will have been highly successful in growing previous companies service segments. Candidate will be comfortable working in a hands-on creative position, as well as, overseeing/managing other employees and contractors. Candidate will have experience working to establish and execute on a shared strategic service segment growth vision with senior management and C-level personnel.
