Requirements

• Experience in automotive service (writer, manager, parts, or shop lead)
• Strong understanding of workflow + RO process
• Comfortable with technology, digital systems, and time tracking
• Excellent communication skills (in-person + phone voice matters)
• Ability to multi-task without losing control of the day
