About The Position

Norred Fire Systems, a Guardian Fire Services Company, is a trusted leader in fire protection and safety solutions, dedicated to safeguarding lives and property. With decades of expertise, we specialize in delivering top-quality fire sprinkler systems to ensure safety and compliance for our clients. We’re looking for a Fire Sprinkler Service Manager to guide our Inspection and service teams. In this role, you’ll use your skills and experience to oversee projects and support the team in delivering quality work that meets safety standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in the Fire Life Safety industry, specifically with fire sprinkler systems.
  • Proven ability to supervise and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
  • Strong understanding of fire safety codes, NFPA standards, and system components.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with a knack for troubleshooting challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and team members.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in diverse conditions.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant certifications, such as NICET, are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the installation, repair, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems, including underground piping.
  • Lead and mentor team members, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in the field, operating independently when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with NFPA codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of project progress and performance metrics.
  • Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Represent the company professionally at job sites and in meetings.
