About The Position

As a member of the Enterprise Technology team at Blackstone, you will work with a group of talented individuals in a highly team-oriented environment to create the next generation of innovative solutions for Blackstone and the financial community at large. The Associate, Service Management serves as a Product Manager for service management capabilities, shaping the future of how employees engage with enterprise services. Working across business and technology teams, this role designs and delivers scalable, user-centered solutions that enhance the digital employee experience, streamline service delivery, and accelerate the firm's digital transformation agenda.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Service Management, Business Analysis, Service Design, Product Management, Digital Workplace, User Experience, or a related discipline.
  • Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and working with cross-functional technology and business teams.
  • Familiarity with service management platforms such as ServiceNow and modern digital workplace technologies.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience influencing and aligning senior stakeholders.
  • Self‑starting, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant technology field.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with UX, service design, process improvement, or employee experience initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Product Manager for assigned Service Management Platform capabilities, managing feature backlogs, requirements, priorities, and roadmap initiatives.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve services, workflows, and employee experiences.
  • Define business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for new capabilities and enhancements.
  • Design intuitive service experiences, workflows, and user journeys using stakeholder research, feedback, and usability testing.
  • Translating business needs into scalable platform solutions that improve adoption, efficiency, and service quality.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine solutions based on user insights, operational metrics, and evolving business requirements.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and business teams throughout the solution lifecycle from concept through implementation.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, design reviews, and stakeholder communications.
  • Present recommendations, document design decisions, and maintain project artifacts and requirements.
  • Support release planning, testing, change management, and adoption activities to ensure successful delivery and business outcomes.
