Requirements

• Light electrical, plumbing and carpentry skills.
• Painting, building/repairing structures, interiors, shelving, and cabinets.
• General cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Troubleshooting, repairing, cleaning, and performing preventive maintenance on store equipment.
• Organized vehicle maintenance.
• Maintaining adequate stock parts.
• In-house ordering and contacting service vendors for supplies and materials.
• Documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Participation in training for existing and new equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains Facilities by performing light electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
• Provides general maintenance support to sites by painting, building/repairing structure, interiors, shelving, cabinets, etc., cleaning and other basic maintenance.
• Maintains store equipment by troubleshooting, repairing, cleaning, and performing preventive maintenance.
• Facilitates repairs by keeping an organized vehicle and maintaining adequate quantities of stock parts thru in-house ordering and contacting service vendors for supplies and materials.
• Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs.
• Will be required to participate in training for existing and new equipment.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Other duties as assigned or deemed necessary.
