Our service department plays a critical role in delivering great customer experience, and we’re looking for a reliable and motivated Lot Porter to support our team. The Service Department Lot Porter is responsible for maintaining the organization, cleanliness, and flow of vehicles in the service area. This role is essential in ensuring efficiency for technicians and a smooth experience for customers.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Move and park customer and dealership vehicles safely and efficiently
• Keep the service drive, lot, and parking areas clean and organized
• Assist with vehicle check-in and staging for service appointments
• Support service advisors and technicians with daily tasks
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the service area
