About The Position
La Mesa RV, a family-owned company founded in 1972, is seeking a reliable and hardworking Porter for its growing team. The Porter will assist the service department with the movement of RVs. Requirements
- Pre-employment screenings including background and drug test
- Valid Drivers License
- 1+ year experience large vehicle driving experience (RV, box truck or semi, bus driving, tow truck, etc.)
- Safety is a condition of employment.
Nice To Haves
- Forklift Certification or experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Move vehicles to and from the Service lots and bays by means of driving, pulling with a truck or moving with a forklift.
- Maintain cleanliness of the service and lots area.
- Assist as needed with movement of service vehicles.
- Spot driver to ensure RV isn't involved in an accident on property.
- Other duties as assigned by the Service Manager.
