The company values its customers and employees, adhering to principles of integrity and the highest ethical standards. BMW Autohaus is currently seeking a Service Lot Attendant to join its team. The Lot Attendant assists the service department by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the service department and service lot, and is responsible for the safe transportation of all dealership and customer vehicles.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Ontario G Driver’s License
  • Clear Driver’s Abstract
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information

Responsibilities

  • Organize vehicles in service parking lot.
  • Inspect vehicles for damage and verify accessories listed on the invoice.
  • Safely transport clients to and from destinations with dealership's shuttle as requested.
  • Help prepare vehicles for delivery and pick up/wash vehicles.
  • Catalogue and store keys.
  • Perform daily inspection of lot for unlocked vehicles and lot security.
  • Ensure the lot is arranged, organized and free from litter and debris.
  • Clean and remove garbage from the shop as required.
  • Maintain walkway accessibility in inclement weather.
  • Other duties as assigned, such as shuttle driver duties, valet parking, and assisting Sales Lot Attendants as needed.
