This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of the service department by assisting customers, managing vehicle movement, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the lot and work areas. Requirements

• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
• Place protective covers on vehicle seats, steering wheels, and floors when needed.
• Check customers in and notify the appropriate Service Advisor of their arrival.
• Move vehicles between the service lane, parking lot, and designated areas.
• Retrieve customer vehicles when service is complete.
• Arrange and move vehicles to support dealership operations and vehicle displays.
• Keep the parking lot and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Complete basic clerical tasks as assigned.
• Report any safety, security, or operational concerns to management.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and notify management of any changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
