About The Position
Valet/Porter is responsible for greeting customers and providing exceptional service by parking and retrieving their vehicles in a safe and efficient manner. This role requires excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Must be reliable and punctual
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Park and retrieve vehicles carefully and responsibly
- Assist customers with luggage or other belongings as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet parking area
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure the security of customers' vehicles
- Assist Service Advisors in their duties when needed
